  This was one of the best experiences I've had with a studio. I've had multiple tattoos, as well as one removal, and I wish they were as professional and caring as Elliot. He took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish as well as answer all of my (many) questions. The studio was impeccable and the entire process felt natural. How Long Is The Healing Time?

Much like a tattoo, scalp micropigmentation has practically no healing time. Compare this treatment to another hair loss treatment like hair transplants which take months of healing. Is SMP The Same As A Regular Tattoo?

Scalp micropigmentation differs from a typical tattoo in many ways, including, the ink that's used, the size of the needles, the techniques, the depth of the ink. Because it is a solution to hair loss, the needles need to be far smaller to mimic follicles of hair. We also use a pointillism technique rather than scraping for the proper pigmentation density. The procedure also doesn't go as deep into the skin. Whereas tattooing typically goes 5 layers deep, our procedure will only go two layers of skin deep.

How Long Does A Session Take?
